Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 May 2026 · Effective from this date

This Privacy Policy explains how SeaAI Trading (“SeaAI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit seaaitrading.co.uk, use our Telegram subscription bot (@SeaAI_WaveClub_Bot), receive our trading signals, or otherwise interact with the SeaAI service (the “Service”).

We act as a data controller for the personal data described below. We are based in the United Kingdom and operate this site under the seaaitrading.co.uk domain. If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time at help@seaaitrading.co.uk.

1. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to operate the Service. Specifically:

  • Telegram account data — your Telegram user ID, username (if set), first name, last name and profile photo URL. These fields are provided directly by Telegram when you start the subscription bot.
  • Subscription data — chosen plan, start and expiry dates, trial status, referral code used, balance credit applied, promo codes redeemed, and TradingView username (only when you submit it for indicator whitelisting).
  • Payment data — invoice ID, plan price, discount applied, final amount, payment status and timestamp. Crypto payments are processed by our payment provider CoinRemitter; we receive the resulting invoice metadata but do not store your wallet credentials, seed phrases or exchange API keys at any point.
  • Referral data — your referral code, who referred you (if anyone), referrals you have generated, accrued rewards, cooldown timestamps and any wallet address you submit for withdrawal.
  • Support correspondence — messages you send us via Telegram, email at help@seaaitrading.co.uk, or our contact page, including any feedback submitted through the bot.
  • Website analytics — aggregated, privacy-respecting analytics about page views and traffic sources via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised IP, browser/device class, referrer). No advertising profile is built and we do not run remarketing pixels.
  • Technical logs — IP addresses, user agents and timestamps for admin, audit and abuse-prevention purposes.

We do not collect special-category data (e.g. health, biometrics, political views) and we do not knowingly collect data from children. The Service is for users 18+.

2. How we use your information

We process your data for the following purposes and lawful bases (UK GDPR / EU GDPR):

  • Performance of contract — to provide the subscription, send trade signals via Telegram, manage Wave Club group access, whitelist your TradingView username on the indicator, process payments and process referral rewards.
  • Legitimate interests — to prevent fraud and abuse of the referral system, debug technical issues, secure our infrastructure, and improve the Service through aggregated analytics.
  • Legal obligation — to retain transactional records for tax and accounting purposes, and to respond to lawful requests from regulators.
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies (analytics) and any marketing emails (you can withdraw consent at any time).

3. We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Full stop. We share data only with the third-party processors strictly required to operate the Service, each bound by their own privacy policies and data-processing terms:

  • Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) — message delivery for the subscription bot and the signals channel.
  • CoinRemitter — crypto payment processing for plan checkouts.
  • TradingView — invite-only access to the SeaAI EverChanging Indicator (we only share the TradingView username you provide).
  • Cornix — Cornix is a separate third-party automation tool we recommend; we do not share data with Cornix on your behalf — you connect your own exchange API keys directly inside Cornix.
  • DigitalOcean — hosting of our backend services and databases (London/Frankfurt regions).
  • Vercel — hosting of this website.
  • Fasthosts — domain registrar.
  • Google (Google Analytics, Google Workspace) — aggregated website analytics and email delivery for help@seaaitrading.co.uk.

We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect the safety of our users, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a corporate restructuring (in which case the recipient will be bound by an equivalent privacy commitment).

4. International transfers

Some of our processors are based outside the UK/EEA (e.g. Vercel, Google). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum or adequacy decisions, and we keep transfers to the minimum necessary to operate the Service.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Account & subscription records — for as long as your account exists and for up to 6 years after closure (UK statutory retention for financial records).
  • Invoices and payment metadata — at least 6 years after the transaction date.
  • Support correspondence — up to 24 months.
  • Audit and security logs — up to 12 months.
  • Analytics data — anonymised, retained per Google Analytics defaults (we use the shortest available window).

When data is no longer needed, it is either deleted or fully anonymised.

6. Data security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: TLS 1.2+ in transit, encrypted storage at rest, hardened backend infrastructure, multi-factor admin authentication, principle-of-least-privilege access controls, and a tamper-evident audit log of every administrative action. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data as we would our own.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, EU GDPR and equivalent regimes, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where applicable
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability — receive a machine-readable copy of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing)
  • Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or your local supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, email help@seaaitrading.co.uk. We respond within one calendar month.

8. Cookies & analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies. Strictly-necessary cookies are set to keep you signed in to internal tooling and to remember your theme preference. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are only set with your consent and can be revoked at any time via your browser settings. We do not run advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking pixels.

9. Third-party services you choose to use

When you connect your exchange API keys to Cornix, or interact with your exchange directly, those services act as independent data controllers. We have no visibility into your exchange balances, trade history, or API credentials, and we recommend you review the privacy policies of every third party in your workflow (Telegram, TradingView, Cornix and your chosen exchange).

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this Privacy Policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via the subscription bot and/or by email to active subscribers before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
